  I own a small painting business and was looking for a special way to thank my customers. I bumped into Sue Thrasher at a social event and mentioned this to her. She came up with the idea of a "paint brush cake" that included my company logo. Not are my customers totally surprised to receive this unique thank you, but they ALL call me to tell me how really good the cake was. Thank you Sue!

  I'm a cake snob and their cake makes the cut! I have been to many bakery's and they are the one I keep coming back to. I can make my own Swiss meringue etc...but when I am feeling lazy I go here. I ordered a 2 tier cake for my husbands birthday and it was amazing as well.
  
  I have only lived in the area for about 18 months but so far, this is my go-to place for cake! Try their wedding cake by the slice. It will not disappoint! Moist and not overly sweet like so many other places. Today is my birthday and I just wish they were open on Mondays.

  Cake was great. But... It didn't actually taste like strawberry. My wife makes a very labor intensive strawberry cake that actually tastes like strawberry.
  
  So, if you expect pink cake, come here. If you expect cake that actually tastes like it was made from fresh fruit, keep looking.
