  Awful customer service, incompetent people answering the phone. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Save yourself the time, energy, and hassle. I usually do not order from them, period and was only ordering this time because they had the shortest wait time for delivery....hence the terrible service as everyone including myself orders elsewhere. Looks like the word has spread hence the bad reviews...and here's another one! :)

  Nobody picks up the phone. Wonder if anybody works here. After several attempts a lady picks up the phone and rudely says they need 1hr 30 mins to deliver pizzas.

  This is the 3rd time this PapaJohns store has RUINED our family celebration. My kids are away at college and 3 times now they've come home and when we ordered pizza (tonight 2 hours in advance WITH PAYMENT!!!) and when our pizza was 20 minutes late I called --- they hadn't even started making it yet!!! Then the employee and the manager were rude to me for expecting my food to be here on time! I will NEVER ORDER from this store again!!! I hate Dominos pizza but their service makes PapaJohns look PATHETIC! This SAME thing has happened NOT ONCE... NOT TWICE... BUT "THREE" Times now! I'm going to go out of my way to tell people to avoid this location at 15266 Manchester Rd 63021 - and on twitter and Facebook
